Term of use

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and up to date

Sharing login credentials or providing access to unauthorised users is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription & payment

• Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis (e.g., $8,000/year).
• All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Additional users or enterprise services may require a custom agreement.

4. Use restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports or data without prior written consent
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to pull data in bulk
• Use the platform to build or train a competing product

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse system access.

5. Data accuracy & liability disclaimer

CrimeRisk.ai compiles risk data from public and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. You use this data at your own risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.

7. Intellectual property

All content, data models, trademarks, and technology on the platform are the property of CrimeRisk.ai or our licensors. You may not use our branding, structure, or data models without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Smith County, Texas.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
